Cancellation Policy:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">\n<p role=\"presentation\">Flexible Rate Bookings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">\n<p role=\"presentation\">Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">\n<p role=\"presentation\">Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged for the first night\u2019s stay.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">\n<p role=\"presentation\">Non-Refundable Rate Bookings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">\n<p role=\"presentation\">These bookings are not eligible for a refund. Any cancellations will result in a 100% charge of the booking amount.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">\n<p role=\"presentation\">Special Promotions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">\n<p role=\"presentation\">Bookings made under special promotions or discounts are non-refundable and non-cancellable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. No-Show Policy:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">\n<p role=\"presentation\">If you do not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the entire booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Early Departure Policy:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">\n<p role=\"presentation\">If you decide to check out earlier than the scheduled departure date, the remaining nights will be charged at 50% of the booking rate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Modification Policy:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">\n<p role=\"presentation\">Modifications to the booking (e.g., change of dates) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
