Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

  • Flexible Rate Bookings:

    • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged for the first night’s stay.

  • Non-Refundable Rate Bookings:

    • These bookings are not eligible for a refund. Any cancellations will result in a 100% charge of the booking amount.

  • Special Promotions:

    • Bookings made under special promotions or discounts are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

2. No-Show Policy:

  • If you do not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the entire booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

3. Early Departure Policy:

  • If you decide to check out earlier than the scheduled departure date, the remaining nights will be charged at 50% of the booking rate.

4. Modification Policy:

  • Modifications to the booking (e.g., change of dates) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

5. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
